Hello, this is SoonPlus Plastic Surgery.
Recently, many men have been visiting the clinic to improve their eye shape. However, unlike women, men typically don’t want their eyes to be dramatically larger. Instead, they often prefer a more natural, defined look with a subtle double eyelid line, or they seek to correct droopy eyelids that make them appear tired, aiming for a more refreshed and sharp eye shape.
In the video, you can see the patient’s droopy eyelids before the surgery. The drooping can give a tired or heavy appearance, which the patient wanted to correct. The goal was to create a thinner, more natural double eyelid line, almost resembling a monolid.
To address this, we performed Non-incisional Ptosis Correction and a Forehead Lift. Even though the double eyelid line is not thick, the eyes appear larger, and the previously tired-looking eyes have now become more defined.
In the video, the patient is 1 month post-surgery, and over time, any remaining swelling will subside, leading to even more natural results.
The suitable surgical method varies depending on each patient's eye condition, degree of drooping, and personal preferences. For a more detailed diagnosis, it’s best to consult directly with a board-certified plastic surgeon.
