Hello, this is SoonPlus Plastic Surgery.
In this post, we will take a look at the pre-operative and 7-month post-operative video of a patient who underwent Non-Incisional Ptosis Correction and Medial Epicanthoplasty In Situ at our clinic.
In the pre-op video, you can notice the Mongolian fold is quite pronounced. The heavy Mongolian fold can make the eyes look more intense and also give a sleepy appearance.
The patient's plan was to eliminate the Mongolian fold while minimizing the epicanthal fold, which was achieved by performing Medial Epicanthoplasty In Situ. The ptosis correction was done using the non-incisional method.
In the post-op video, you can see that the Mongolian fold has disappeared, and the epicanthal fold is no longer visible. This effect is achieved with Medial Epicanthoplasty In Situ.
Additionally, through Ptosis Correction, the eyes appear brighter and more defined, which is noticeable in the post-op result.
The recommended surgical methods may vary depending on the patient’s eye shape, condition, and skin type. For an accurate diagnosis and personalized advice, we recommend scheduling a consultation at our clinic.
