Hello, this is SoonPlus Plastic Surgery.
Let’s take a look at the pre-surgery and 2-week post-surgery video of a patient who underwent a forehead lift, one-day ptosis correction, and lateral canthoplasty at our clinic.
Looking at the patient’s eyes before the surgery, we can see her eyes appear slightly sleepy, especially on the inner corners, where the double eyelid seems thicker.
Additionally, the outer corners of her eyes were higher, and she wanted to lower them through lateral canthoplasty.
The surgery aimed to lower the outer corners of her eyes through lateral canthoplasty and improve the visibility of her iris by performing ptosis correction.
Since the patient did not undergo double eyelid surgery, her double eyelids would naturally be a bit thinner. However, by combining the forehead lift, we were able to enhance the distance and improve the overall appearance.
In the post-surgery video, we can see that the ptosis correction worked well, and the curve of the iris is now well-defined. Even without double eyelid revision surgery, the double eyelid shape has naturally formed a smooth curve.
The effects of the lateral canthoplasty are also noticeable, as the outer corners of the eyes are sufficiently widened and lowered.
If the patient hadn’t undergone the forehead lift, the distance between her eyes and eyebrows would have been narrower, but the forehead lift helped maintain that distance.
We also see that the eyebrow curve has been nicely adjusted to be parallel, improving the overall eye area.
The recommended procedures may vary depending on the patient's eye shape, skin condition, and other factors, so a thorough diagnosis is necessary, and this can be confirmed through an in-person consultation.
(Side effects such as bleeding, infection, inflammation, and complications may occur after surgery, and results and satisfaction may vary from person to person.)
